We want to make whole process as easy as we can but while your here you might just cast an eye over our Terms and Conditions.

Do you require full catering service? Yes No For a perfect party we recommend one chef for up to 100 guests and one waiter/waitress per 40 guests. If you select full catering the quoted price calculated on this page includes $100 for one chef PLUS $80 per 40 guests for waiters/waitresses. If wish to vary the quoted staffing numbers we suggest you discuss your requirements with us. Our basic minimum charge of $100.00/chef or $80.00/waiter/waitress covers up to four hours; we charge an extra $12.00 per half hour or $20.00 per hour per staff member for all time in excess of the initial four hours.

Do you require our Extras Packs? Yes No Extras packs include all sauces, dips, napkins and silver serving platters. Extras packs are included in the price if you select full catering. For self catering add 50 cents/guest.

Do you require Drinks Packs? Yes No Drinks packs are available at $11.95/guest or $14.95/guest

Do you require Soft Drinks Packs? Yes No Soft drinks packs are available at $4.95/guest

Do you require Oven Hire? Yes No Oven hire is available for $100.00

Terms and Conditions

Your booking with us is very important, however to ensure the success of your function we need to follow certain policies.

Confirmation and Deposit

To ensure the date of your choice, written confirmation and a deposit of 10% is required within 7 days of a tentative booking being made.

BrisbaneFingerFoods.com.au reserves the right to cancel any tentative bookings not confirmed within 7 days. We will contact you first.

Advice of Final Numbers and Details

Confirmation of the number of guests attending and all final details should be notified to our Functions Co-ordinator not less than five (5) working days prior to the event.

The confirmed minimum number you notify at that time will be the minimum number of guests for which you will be billed. Increases in the number of guests to be billed are permitted after this time but may incur a small surcharge.

Final Payment

Final payment for your function is required one week prior to the booked date. Payment can be made by cheque, direct debit or credit card.

Cancellation

We would be disappointed if your function were to be cancelled. However, we realize that unavoidable circumstances may sometimes prevent you from proceeding with your plans. If this should happen rather than lose your deposit you will be issued with a gift voucher to the same value as your deposit which you may use at a future function. This gift voucher is fully transferable to family or friends.

Deliveries

Delivery of Pick-a-Packs, "design your own" or Chef's Specials without staff incurs a delivery charge of $50.00.

For health and safety, all our orders are packed in a special polystyrene esky. This is most convenient for you, as you can leave the food in the esky until your party begins.

The esky fee is $5.00 and you get to keep the esky.

If you have selected a full staff catering option then the delivery and esky charges are included in the staff catering package.

Method of Payment

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, BANKCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

If you wish to pay by cheque we must receive your payment prior to delivery of your order. We do not accept cheques on the day of your delivery.
